Pharmacy information
A lot of newer folks are approaching pharmacies that may show on line that accept the card, but only these below pay the admin fee for us to bring them more customers! When approaching pharmacies that pay (listed below) – never go in and say “Will you pass my cards out for me”, their corporate will tell them they are not allowed to distribute cards. Approach them this way:
ALWAYS SAY: “I want to send you more customers, we work with lots of providers and they will be sending you more patients using this card, and I wanted to make you aware of it” Yes, lots of times they do end distributing some of your cards or at least using your card rather than a competitors card when they come in, but don’t walk in asking them to do that.
ONLY THE PHARMACY CHAINS BELOW RESULT IN A COMMISSION – STAY AWAY FROM INDEPENDENTS OR THOSE NOT ON THIS LIST BELOW!
Introduce to Pharmacies: Pharmacies Benefit – we send them more customers and keep them going to that pharmacy: Educate your local pharmacies as you first visit them, their cash paying customers are valuable to them, and most are lost to independent pharmacies because of price.. Would you like your cash paying customers to keep coming here each month, and not shop around for price?
A: Unlike the other discount cards they accept, we don’t compete with pharmacies by offering Mail Order, we want our patients coming back to them each month. We will send them more customers and ensure they keep visiting the same pharmacy each time they have a prescription to be filled.
B. We don’t pay exorbitant fees above industry customary fees (no more than insurance cards). The goal is to educate them so they realize that it’s in their best interest to use InCareRx in lieu of the competitor’s cards as they come in.
C. Leave your Pharmacy Contact about 10 of your cards or so and ask them to hand them to folks who may also need you for their Arthritis, Joint Pain, or Diabetic needs, your name and number is at the bottom if they need more Cards! Of course they can use their card if one of their customers is about to walk away because they can’t afford the prescription. Ask your pharmacy contact for a stack of their business cards to hand out to your physician offices! They love this!
Bring your favorite Pharmacies more Customers! Now ask the Pharmacy contact for some of their business cards so you can give them to your Physician’s offices, Walk-In’s, Urgent Cares, and local ERs! Ask if you can give them their contact information, this works great!
REMEMBER, only these pharmacies are paying the fees that result in your commissions being paid, send your patients to one of these, they will not save any more money by shopping elsewhere:

Your list of Paying Chain Pharmacies that result in commissions covers where most scripts are filled, but if we don’t get paid for the independents and small chains that are not listed in your email then why are they listed on www.incarerx.com if we don’t get paid for them?
InCareRx mission is to always put our patient’s needs first – your new patient gets the discount, you have gained a new relationship, a new source of referrals, and collectively we have done what is right! We don’t lose a dollar, we have gained a relationship. Occasionally we have new patients receiving your cards that already have a prescription waiting for them to pick up at these smaller pharmacies. Transferring that prescription to a “paying Pharmacy” can be prohibitively difficult and we still want them to save when they cannot transfer that prescription. Most gladly oblige your request to get their next refill at a participating paying pharmacy. Generally it costs more to bill independents than the receivable itself. The list of chain pharmacies that pay in your emails provide discounts in return for our sending them more customers, they save more by using this card at a paying pharmacy than they can save by shopping around the smaller independents. It’s statistically proven that patients go where we or the provider tell them to go – ask them to visit your favorite pharmacy relationship next time around. These paying chains pay us a small administrative fee for each prescription filled so that we send them more customers – just explain this to the customer/patient!
